A little about the drawings below - Laddie was a gift from my mother in February of 1990 (he was born in Talladega, AL, on Nov. 27 1989). She bought Ladd for me while in Tuscaloosa, AL, for my graduate recital. As a way of having Ladd "communicate" with my mother while they were apart, he in Alabama and she in San Diego, California, I started to draw a cartoon of Ladd to let his grandma know how he was doing. Much to my surprise, mom cut out and saved all the drawings - the ones you see on this page. Seems I drew over 50 greetings from Laddie between when he joined our family in 1990 until my mom arrived in Gainesville, Florida, in 1994. I hope you enjoy!
